Facial feminization
Facial feminization is an advancement in cosmetic surgery for the modification of facial features. FFS or Facial feminization surgery aims to achieve a softer, more feminine ‘look’ and both women and trans-women are excellent candidates for undergoing facial feminization surgical procedures. FFS encompasses every aspect of the face and neck, and it mainly focuses on facial bone structures and nose shape. Facelift, neck lift, and brow lift can also be done if necessary. Facial feminization procedures have proven to be very effective on a person’s mental health and social wellbeing.

- Genioplasty
- Jaw surgery
- Tracheal shave

Forehead procedure: The forehead procedure is to flatten the prominent brow bone. Forehead contouring helps shave down the complex angles and give a more feminine appearance.
Genioplasty: The procedure of Genioplasty in feminising the facial features involves reducing chin and jawbones by shaving them down to give a smoother and more contoured look. Chin implants and chin augmentation are other available options, if appropriate.
Cheek augmentation: Cheek implants or fat grafts are performed to achieve facial feminisation goals.
Hairline alterations: Hairline alteration is done by making an incision in the scalp and hairline to move it forward. Hairline alteration is an advancement in facial feminization surgery.
Tracheal shave: In this process, Adam’s apple is shaved to reduce the size of the Adam’s apple. Scarring is usually minimal.
Rhinoplasty: Rhinoplasty involves filling depressed areas of the nose by lifting the tip’s angle, smoothing out the appearance of bumps, and making it less angular. In Thailand as in Korea and most of the East, a silicone bridge is inserted to achieve a more Greek or European profile.
Lip lift: facial feminization surgery may include the procedure of lip lifting. Lip lifting involves minimizing the distance between the upper lip and base of the nose. The process is to adjust the orientation of the lips. Our surgeon’s ideology asserts that even millimetres make a difference in creating a beautifully balanced face.
Jaw reduction: The firm protrusions are reduced from the back corner of the jaw towards the ears.
